About The Vessel

Isaac Gómez HS 10.jpg

The Mission

Created and taught by writer and producer Isaac Gómez (Narcos, The Last Thing He Told Me, Joe Pickett), The Vessel exists to help underrepresented writers, storytellers, creators, and artists translate their creative power into tangible, sustainable success.
Through high-impact intensive seminars with hands-on exercises rooted in lived industry experience and spiritual insight, we equip creatives with the tools to pitch, sell, and position their work without compromising who they are and what they stand for.

This isn’t just about craft. It’s about creative sovereignty. Because your art deserves to thrive — and so do you.

How It Works

Our Process

At The Vessel, we don’t just teach craft—we teach how to position it by cultivating a community of resource sharing. Our process is designed to bridge the gap between what you make and how you sell it. Through hands-on seminar intensive and worksops, tools you can actually use, templates you can walk away with, and direct insight from a working creative, we help you move from passive learning to active career-building. This is education that meets the market—without losing the magic of what makes you, you.

Storytelling Techniques

This isn’t just about telling better stories—it’s about telling the right story in the right way to the right people. At The Vessel, we sharpen your narrative tools not just for emotional resonance, but for real-world traction. Whether you’re pitching, writing, or performing, we focus on clarity, power, and purpose—so your work doesn't just speak, it sells.

Monetizing Art

Financial Empowerment

We don’t just teach you how to create—we teach you how to cash in without selling out. At The Vessel, monetizing your art means understanding your worth, expanding your reach, and aligning your passion with real opportunities. This is where your creativity meets capital—on your terms. And de-stigmatizing the idea that we shouldn't make money through art.

Creative Freedom

Expressing Authenticity

At The Vessel, we believe your voice is your value, especially as underrepresented artists who are often taste makers of culture and entertainment. Our work centers on helping you express bold, honest, identity-driven stories without compromise, and doing so in a way that can be deeply felt by those with the deep pockets. We don’t shape your art—we help you shape the path that honors it.

Community Support

Collaborative Environment

The Vessel isn’t just a platform—it’s a gathering. Through The Vessel's Free Membership program, The Vessel becomes not only an educational intensive platform, but also a space where creatives at every stage come together to share knowledge, swap resources, and show up for each other. You don’t have to do this alone. We grow louder, sharper, and bolder—together.

Why this matters right now

Real Talk.

The industry is shifting—and it’s no longer enough to just “be good.” Under our current administration, where opportunities are shrinking and stories by and for underrepresented communities are being openly dismissed, the work can’t wait. These seminars and workshops are about showing up armed: with work that sells, stories that land, and the unshakable confidence to demand your place. We’re not waiting for the gate to open. We’re building our own side door—and we’re walking through it together.

Pricing Breakdown

At The Vessel, we believe in honest pricing and shared clarity. Every dollar you spend supports a values-driven ecosystem where education, access, and sustainability go hand-in-hand. Below, we break down our sliding scale price points, only available for brand new classes as they launch—explaining exactly what they cover and why they are what they are—so you can invest in yourself with confidence and intention.

Lifetime Access

At The Vessel, your investment buys more than a seat in class—it buys lifetime access. Once a live class wraps, we edit, organize, and upload every recording, slide, workbook, and bonus resource into our membership portal so you can revisit it anytime, year-round. That enduring access and added value is why the course price shifts to $111 after launch. Our sliding scale rates are reserved for brand new live sessions, but once a course becomes part of our permanent library, the price reflects the lasting resources, continued availability, and the sustainability it brings to this values-driven ecosystem.

Pricing Breakdown

Follow the money...

In a climate where the current administration is shrinking opportunities and publicly dismissing stories by and for underrepresented communities, putting $111 toward your craft isn’t just a purchase—it’s an act of resistance. You’re getting 20+ hours of curriculum design, 3+ hours of on-demand lessons, a $40+ custom workbook, and exclusive access to real-world scripts and pitch decks you can’t find anywhere else—resources that together are worth well over $500. But more than that, you’re choosing to keep your skills sharp, your stories alive, and your voice in the room. Lifetime access means these tools will be there for every general, every pitch, and every project you take on--be it your first, or your twelfth. Plus, the added insight of real-world anecdotes from someone who is living it, sharing it live, as it's happening. $111 is more than a deal—it’s a declaration that your work matters, and that you refuse to let the gatekeepers decide when and how you get to tell it.

The Vessel outcomes

Never walk away empty handed.

These aren’t passive webinars — they’re hands-on, practical workshop intensives designed to give you real tools for today’s marketplace with templates, samples, worksheets and real-world examples to pull from. And most importantly, a better understanding of how to position your creative work in a way that honors your artistry while meeting the demands of the industry as it continues to shift.

This is about bridging the gap between what you make and how you sell it — without selling out.

Why learn from me?

Allow me to talk my sh*t.

I’m not teaching from theory — I’m teaching from experience. As an award-winning writer and producer who’s sold original series' in the room (FX), booked competitive open writing assignments (Focus Features), sold pilots in bidding wars, (MRC Entertainment) and staffed across major studios and networks (Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount, Amazon), I know firsthand what works and what doesn't. And I’ve done it all without going to school for it or access to an elite pipeline. I am a loud and proud self-taught bitch. It's all learned from experience. Trials, Tribulations, and Triumphs. I’m a proud self-taught artist who’s carved out a career by learning how to position my voice, pitch my vision, and navigate the system without losing myself. That’s what I want to teach you to do, too.
